What data is processed
When you contact us, we process your name, email address, area of interest and the enquiry you choose to send. Medical records and health information are not required for an initial enquiry; please do not enter them in the form. This website does not provide accounts, payments, online sales or booking.
The hosting service may process technical connection data, such as IP address, date and time, browser and requested resource, to deliver and protect the service. The form validates fields and applies anti-spam checks. Server email delivery is not yet enabled in the preview: if delivery fails, the website explains that the enquiry has not been sent and offers email and telephone alternatives.
Purposes and legal bases
We use enquiry data to respond and assess the requested project or quotation, as pre-contractual steps requested by the individual. Technical data supports service operation and security. Loading Google Maps requires an affirmative choice in the privacy controls. The form is not used for newsletter subscriptions or automated marketing.
Recipients and external services
Enquiries are handled by people authorised by 3discover and technical providers required to deliver the service, according to their roles. The preview is hosted on Hostinger. Website fonts, images and videos are served locally. Instagram, Iubenda, E-ROE and directions are external links: opening them takes you to the respective provider’s website.
When permitted, Google Maps receives connection data and may use its own tracking technologies. Processing, including any international transfers, is described in Google’s privacy policy. Google Analytics 4 is not active in the preview. Any future activation on the final domain requires information about the services actually used to be updated.
Retention and providing data
Enquiry data is retained for the time required to respond and manage the project or any resulting relationship, taking applicable legal obligations into account. Technical data depends on the hosting provider’s settings and terms. No additional marketing retention period has been established. The privacy preference on your device expires after six months.
Providing contact data is optional; without the necessary information, we may be unable to reply. Declining Google Maps does not prevent access to the website or contact options.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection where provided by the GDPR, by writing to the controller’s privacy contact. You may change or withdraw consent to external content using “Privacy preferences” in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect earlier processing. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority or the competent authority.
